It's Spring Time With Heartbeet Juicery

Spring is here in New York City and that means I am going to have to give up my comfort blanket I mean my big heavy coat. This has been an odd year for me. I've been so unmotivated to get my health on track even though I have more knowledge than ever on staying healthy, eating a balanced diet, and maintaining a healthy weight. For whatever reason, (I mean for whatever emotional reason) I've been unmotivated. I've been stuck in the can't. So, I write this post to be transparent, but to also share a really neat experience that is jump starting my path to better health.

My awesome friends at Heartbeet Juicery (@HeartBeetJuice) in Brooklyn introduced me to their cold-pressed juices and I feel so good after two days and actually motivated. I am not impulsively reaching for the quick fix bite, but thinking more consciously about my choices and actually refraining from certain foods. That's a first step and today I celebrate that. One person shared with me, you can't fix it all in one day, and so stay positive and support the little achievements along the way.

Well, I am really just in the first step on the journey of owning my health, but I wanted to share my experience with you because Heartbeet Juicy is running a sale on Gilt City (@giltcity)!

Shop the sale (but hurry as it ends 3/31) and use this code 25CITY to get 25% off your own experience. Cheers to Spring and Happy Health!

You can choose from a variety of options, but I tried out their High Performance 1 day cleanse (for me, I split it up into 2 days). Here's what you get: Super Greens, Beet, Maca, Avocado, Spicy Lemonade, Almond Masala

In their words: "This cleanse is designed to increase endurance, heighten focus, and enhance cardiovascular performance while providing a higher caloric intake for prolonged energy. It's rich in protein, nitrate, potassium, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory agents, allowing athletes to be able to train harder and recover faster while simultaneously protecting against fatigue, over-training, and illness."

Cheers to Spring and Happy Health!
